  1. Or, merely face it and see it for what it is. It usually goes away when we look directly at it intelligently and don’t budge. If it doesn’t go away after that, our brain is alarming us to some needed action. Maybe it’s fight or flight, or maybe it’s preparation for something that feels a bit to the brain like fight or flight: like a race, a bout, or a match.
