This stuff is awesome, seriously. Tastes spot-on with all the usual flavoursome ingredients and packs a protein punch. Win.
Easy to make, too – you just shove everything in a food processor, shape it and bake it to cut down on the oil you’d use pan frying.
We ate it in wraps, with aioli and salad. Tasty tasty tasty-ness.
And with a double batch, there’s leftovers for later. This is excellent news.
