Planning ahead is the first step to success!

I’ve spent a large part of this long weekend planning my meals for the week to come, and making sure I had enough gym gear to make it as much as possible.

It feels good to be this organised.

What have you done to get ready for the coming week?

  1. Each week I write in my diary all of my gym sessions for the coming week. 99% of the time if they are written down they happen. There is the odd occasion where I have to change them due to something coming up – but it helps me keep organised šŸ™‚ Oh and I love that picture – made me giggle!!

  2. Ha ha must be something in the air! I spent about 4hrs organising my new diary this weekend. I have gone back to paper, so much easier to add, delete look at a week etc!
