New Habits, New Routines

da-mo-62I’ve been working pretty hard this year to develop good routines and habits, and I think I’ve been doing a pretty good job.

There’s something I’ve been wanting to share with all of you – something I’m quite proud of – that I will be bringing ‘out of the cupboard’ (for the want of a better phrase) tomorrow.

I hope you’ll join me in the positivity and pride when I take the first step in sharing it tomorrow.

  1. Hey, congrats on the progress and maintenance so far this year with your healthy lifestyle change. I just got done reading this book called The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. It’s about how small habitual changes leads to large results in health, money, relationships, and productivity overall. Just may though you would like to check it out. I couldn’t put the book down.

    • Hi Amber – I haven’t thought about it, but gut instinct is to stay away. That’s a lot of sugar, and where would you get all the protein and fat you need to be healthy?
