What would Barbie look like if she had realistic proportions?
If she wasn’t so perky, or tall?
What if she was a little less… little?
You know, healthy.
Or dare I say it… normal.
Today our local news site shared some good news : artist Nickolay Lamm has created a Barbie doll with more realistic proportions, using an average 19 year old’s measurements as a guide.
I must admit – as a shortie myself, I’m quite pleased with the suggested changes. Especially looking at some of the other pictures over on the Huffington Post website.
Traditional Barbie’s just waaaaaaay too creepy.
